Make a list of people in your life circle that reside at the spirit level.
Don't forget passed pets.
You don't want to miss anyone's call!
Start your list!!
Once you've set an appointment, your share of the session begins.
Consider the person or people in spirit you'd most like to hear from.
Let them know either through mind-speak or verbally, that you've set an appointment and on which day.
Invite them to join us.
Be open and relaxed at session time, though not artificially so.
Be mindful that often times a relative or friend of someone you are close to may have a message for that person. If your sister-in-law's father is in spirit he may see this as the opportunity to let her know through you that he is doing fine.
State simple yes or no answers to my questions. I will advise if I need more clarification. We will take time for explanations required.
We will also discuss questions or concerns that you might have regarding current conditions in your life.
If you have a small memento of one or more people in spirit that you'd like to connect with, you may bring it to your session if in-person or have it handy for a telephone session. This should be an item that was worn by or with your passed loved one often.
If it appears as though this person is not showing up for the session, the use of psychometry may send the word out that you're waiting.
